Born and raised in New York City, Jaf Glazer is a real estate entrepreneur, investor and developer who is the founder of Conquest and principal of Gallium. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Real Estate Board of New York Downtown Committee and has pursued New York City real estate for two decades. Through his company Gallium, he invests in Opportunistic and Value-Add real estate . Meanwhile Conquest advises family offices and high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. His deals have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, NY Post, and The Real Deal.

Glazer has worked on a variety of transaction types including primary and frontier market equity investments, short sales, recapitalizations, foreclosures, auctions, convertible/mezzanine debt, and syndications.

He has purchased, financed and developed multi-family buildings, commercial, industrial and single family real estate in both New York and Arizona.

Mr. Glazer is fluent in two languages and currently resides in New York City.
